Announcing our Wine Blending Workshops.

Become a participant in the first of a series of fun, informative and interactive wine workshops to be held
here at the winery.
Workshop #1 will focus on the development of our newest red wine – Estate Red Blend.
During the workshop, you will first learn about a selection of our red grape varietals, then be instructed on
blending techniques and strategy.
Small groups will work together to blend their own unique red wine.
The finished blends from each group will be entered into a blind taste-test. Votes will then be cast, by the workshop participants, to pick the winning blend for the evening.

We are looking forward to creating a new experience for our “Winery Friends”,
as this is the first in a series of wine blending events.
Others workshops will include white wines or specialty fruit wines.
