A “hands-on” learning experience in the creation of your
own White Wine Meritage.
Small groups will be instructed in the blending techniques and
strategies vintners use to create new and exciting wines.
The finished white wine blends from each group will be
voted upon in a blind “brown bag” test to proclaim a “winner”.
Cost is $45 per person. Appetizers will be provided as well as
wine tasting. Reservations are needed as seating will be limited.
